The shell is built by the people you hired
Foundations, block, columns, slabs and roof structure are all poured and set by our own crews. Nothing about the structure gets handed to a stranger and priced back to you.
That is how a build stays on schedule. There is no waiting on a subcontractor's calendar, and no gap between what was promised in the office and what happens on the site.

255 189th Terrace, Sunny Isles Beach
Set in the Golden Shores community between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, this two story residence pairs a modern impact glass entrance with white exteriors and lush tropical landscaping.
Floor to ceiling glazing opens the living spaces onto terraces on both floors, an outdoor kitchen and a 12′ × 34′ private infinity pool, with a designer Italian kitchen by Florense inside.
